When you sustain water damage at your home or business, all you likely will want is to be back to normal.  Having water damage can be overwhelming, so you want the repairs to be over as soon as possible.  We understand that, feeling, so we want to get it done for you in a timely manner.

In a usual situation, you can expect full remediation in three to five days.  

Day one, when we arrive on scene for the first time, is for stabilizing the issue.  This means extracting water and setting equipment to begin the drying process.  During this time, we communicate with your insurance company to find out exactly what your coverage is.  This informs us as to what repairs will be covered.  

Days two through five are for monitoring moisture levels in your home or business, as well as making necessary structural repairs signed off on by your insurance company.  Assuming that moisture levels are declining normally, no extra days of drying will be needed.Once the area is thoroughly dried, and moisture levels are back to a regular level, we remove our equipment and you are good to go.
